The content of this website describes our land surveying and surveying documentation services in general terms. It is not a survey, a professional opinion, or advice about any specific property or project.

Drawings and graphics on this website, including the parcel sketch on the home page, are illustrative only. They do not depict any real property and must not be relied on for any purpose.

3. Surveying services

Surveying work is provided only under a separate engagement agreed with PANTHER SURVEYING LLC. The scope, deliverables, schedule and fees for any project are set in that agreement, not on this website. Submitting a request or sending an email does not create an engagement.

4. Use of survey deliverables

Surveys, record drawings and other documents we prepare are made for the client and purpose stated in the engagement. Use by other parties or for other purposes requires our written consent, except where the deliverable is submitted to an authority as part of the project.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design and graphics of this website belong to PANTHER SURVEYING LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal reference.

6. Limitation of liability
